Ted King, formerly Luis and Lorenzo Alcazar, as well as Tomas Delgado, spoke at a Bold and Beautiful fan convention, according to General Hospital teasers and speculations.
Who else but Frank Valentini might have leaked that he was speaking with someone who enjoyed hiring actors in parking lots, referring to “Parking Lot Peter”?

Ted, who most recently appeared on The Bold and the Beautiful as Jack Finnegan, said to the potential employee, “I like to hire people in parking lots.”
Frank Valentini is well-known—or perhaps that should be infamous—for allegedly casting Wes Ramsey as Peter August in the parking lot of the studio.
It may not be until September or even October before we see Ted’s potential GH character on the air because of his meeting with the executive in the latter week of August.
The character of Luis Alcazar was pretty definitely killed, but his brother Lorenzo’s fate is not so clear-cut; he was said to be killed but the body was never shown.
Lorenzo Alcazar was the one who Carly Spencer (now Laura Wright) fell in love with after being shot in the head while giving birth to Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig).
But Is Anyone Ever Really Dead On A Soap Opera?
Is anyone ever truly dead in a soap opera, the question is? Even when bodies have been seen being sealed in body bags, people have unexplainably come back to life.
Sage Alcazar (Katie Stuart), the son of Lorenzo Alcazar, was the Text Message Killer, while Luis Alcazar, a drug lord who tormented Port Charles, was the father of Diego Alcazar (Ignacio Serrachio).
The least dangerous of him and Luis, Lorenzo is also the father of Lila Rae Alcazar (Kayla Madison), whose mother is Skye Quartermaine (Robin Christopher).
Current storylines have Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) looking for the big boss of Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Gray)-might it be Luis; Lorenzo doesn’t quite seem to fit the bill.
All About Tomas Delgado
Ted hasn’t appeared on General Hospital in almost ten years; he could potentially be a brand-new character. Or he might be Tomas Delgado, the artist from “One Life to Live,” who he previously played.
He might be a better match for Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) as a result than most people believe Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) to be.
However, given that he already has connections on the GH canvas through Skye and Lila, it would also make sense for him to return as a not-so-dead Lorenzo. He would probably be involved in gang activity, though perhaps not to the same degree as his brother Luis.
