General Hospital on ABC has officially welcomed TV/movie actress Lily Anne Harrison to the GH family, according to the GH comings and goings reports. Harrison is actually welcomed by more people than simply her extended General Hospital family. In reality, she is welcomed by both her GH Star father, Gregory Harrison (Gregory Chase), and her true father. Lily, who plays Andrea Gates in the 60-year-old daytime soap, is his real-life daughter. As their surrogate, Andrea reportedly meets with Molly Lansing Ashford (Brook Anne Smith) and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow).
