Mason Gatlin’s Family History
The General Hospital spoilers state that Mason’s ancestry surfaced. “Do we know who Mason’s parents are?” inquired user shepherdpal on the SoapCentral.com Message Boards. Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) and Mason are related. On Austin’s father’s side of the family, the two are cousins.
Some people question whether Mason would be a Quartermaine. Austin’s father might be Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).
The user also questioned whether Martin Grey (Tad E. Knight) and Mason are connected, but Martin is still in the dark about it. On the discussion, GH fans made assumptions about Mason’s parents.
One user noted: “Mason is a Gatlin, ie related to Austin via his mother Charity Gatlin.” Another responded: “Via marriage, which means they aren’t actually cousins.”

Mason’s father is either Cyrus or Martin, a third fan stated with serious speculation. I believe Austin’s mother is Cyrus’s sister in some way. Mason is Austin’s cousin and either Cyrus’s or Martin’s son.
