Poor Trina (Tabyana Ali) has had quite a rough year. Between learning her mother lied about her paternity for 20 years and a dangerous adventure in Greenland to second dad Curtis (Donnell Turner) being shot and waking up paralyzed, things have not been easy. Adding to her emotional hardship is knowing that Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) is living with Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) — for Ace’s sake, of course.
Trina takes the chance to once again confide her troubles in good friend Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). Josslyn may have her own issues with Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) arrest and Dex’s (Evan Hofer) possible part in it, but she listens to her BFF. Does she dole out any advice to make Trina’s life easier?
