General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, April 24, tease that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will smile as he talks about getting married today. Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will all show their support, especially since this wedding is bittersweet.
Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) doesn’t expect to live much longer unless she gets the bone marrow transplant she needs.
Without Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), there are concerns about this being Willow’s last real celebration, but that’s exactly why she wants to savor this moment and do it up right.
Brook Lynn and Olivia will marvel over some news in Monday’s episode, so they may be surprised to learn Michael invited Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benad) to attend.
However, Willow pushed for this and helped Michael see that it was the right call – even if Willow still wants Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) left out of the nuptials.
In the midst of all this, Ned will continue to worry about ELQ and the situation with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), who’s become an unworthy leader in Ned’s eyes.
Later, Valentin will make a phone call and talk about his attorney handling something, so he may anticipate needing a legal strategy against any moves Ned might make against him.
In Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) hospital room GH, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will check in with the recovering patient.
That’ll give Portia a chance to ask questions about Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) while she’s there.
As Portia cries, she’ll ask Anna how much danger her daughter is really in.
Anna knows Victor is capable of anything, but she may reassure Portia since Trina Robinson (Tabyani Ali) is such a clever and resourceful young woman.
Next, Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) will step in an exam room with TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), which will give her some privacy to open up about her condition.
Although Molly doesn’t have an official diagnosis yet, Dr. Navarro believes she has endometriosis.
Molly asked how this would affect her plans to have a baby with TJ and clearly got some less than positive updates offscreen.
TJ will find out what Molly might be up against and argue that this could just be a speed bump on their road to making a baby, not a dead end. Alexis will be there to comfort Molly and push for optimism as well.
Even so, Molly will worry this health shocker might’ve derailed her dream of starting a family.
On the flight back to Port Charles, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) will have revenge on her mind and will insist she won’t rest until they prove Victor killed Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary).
While Tracy vents to Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner), Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) will push Ethan Lovett (James Ryan) to tell her everything he remembers from his time in captivity.
It turns out Ethan was able to gain some Victor-related information that’s both shocking and valuable, so this may involve Victor’s pathogen plot and where the bunker is.
Meanwhile, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will finish her conversation with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) before they all turn their attention to Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers).
Robert will hear about the map clues and the potential new location of The Haunted Star, so he’ll think they’re on the right track to finding the hostages.
Drew has come this far on the search with Curtis and may be reluctant to bail on him now.
That might be why Carly will face a sudden farewell in Monday’s GH episode.
Drew previously agreed to walk Willow down the aisle, but finding Trina, Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) has to be the priority.
General Hospital spoilers say Drew may catch a flight with Curtis instead, so stay tuned to see the next phase of this rescue mission.
