By no means is the current Big Brother 26 season controversy free. It has been one of the most entertaining starts in recent years. So good, that fans think houseguest Angela is a scripted plant put in by CBS to cause problems in the house… Given the way the recent episode went, those problems might be going away with Angela on the block, and always centered in controversy.
Following the recent Wednesday episode, there was another unaired moment fans were discussing on X involving Cedric. The houseguest took a shot at BB’s production, and we completely understand why. Let’s take a closer look at what went down.
Cedric Went After The Big Brother Production Team For Discouraging Cam Talking
It was yet another packed episode of Big Brother 26. The season certainly hasn’t disappointed hardcore fans. Kenny was able to take himself off the block, while Angela continued to be at the center of controversy. Angela told Quinn about a possible alliance forming, and how they could take over the house. Of course, Quinn told its members, including T/kor, causing mayhem. Those online were split, with some claiming Angela was playing the victim, while others blamed it all on Quinn for starting such a mess.
There was another talking point online. This time, Cedric was at the center of it, despite his lack of involvement on the actual episode. In the viral X clip, Cedric takes exception to the cameras constantly cutting him off when he talks straight to it. Cedric grew annoyed by this, and we really don’t blame him.
Thank you Cedric for exposing production on how they purposefully discourage cam talking – Seems this happens every year – Production will be the death of this show 🔮 #BB26 pic.twitter.com/98Bl3jXghI

Fans praised Cedric for calling out the production team. Those on X feel as though the cam talks is one of the best parts of the show.
“I think that means shout outs to your family. They have to know we love cam talks right? It’s like the best part.”
“They don’t want cam talks because they want to control the narrative in the DR, and they don’t want them exposing their true feelings about situations.”
Another X user made the claim that the production team doesn’t cut cam talks from other houseguests such as Kenny. The controversy continues!
It Wasn’t The Only Time Fans United During Big Brother 26, And Went After The Production Team
Big Brother’s production team certainly has a history. Two years ago, fans went after the crew for protecting Kyle Capener over racial microaggressions conversations.
#StopProtectingKyle trends in the US as fans call out the production team of CBS’ ‘Big Brother’ for refusing to show a conversation confronting the racial microaggressions, made by contestant Kyle Capener, on the show’s 24/7 live feeds. pic.twitter.com/obyP9QnVu2

The same held true this season, as fans felt as though Angela wasn’t given a fair edit, while Matt came across like a prince on the edited version aired on CBS. Fans on X felt as though fans didn’t see the real Matt.
Production not showing a single clip of Matt doing this constantly is whack #BB26 pic.twitter.com/q0wArLEN70

There might be some truth to this given the roar of approval Kimo received following his victory against Matt. It seems like there might be two versions of Big Brother going on this season…
