Esme and Ace are sure to be front and center again, seeing as how Spencer Cassadine (Nikolas Chavez) wants nothing more than to wrest her baby from her. Interestingly, Alley Mills has confirmed she’ll be back as looney tunes Heather and there are several ways this plot could go down.
Heather’s reached out to Esme, in a letter that was sent but we don’t know what was in it. No doubt Heather won’t stop at just one attempt, she likely will keep on pushing Esme’s buttons.

Did Heather drop a huge bombshell in her letter? The show would not just drop this letter into the ether, it had to contain something of import for it to make it to the screen. So what bombs could Heather drop? How about one about her true paternity? Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) is dead will Esme find out that he is not really her bio father?
Did Heather Webber Lie?
It’s conceivable Heather lied since there was no DNA evidence that Ryan was Esme’s biological father. What does Esme’s possession of a memento from Ryan’s chain actually prove?
It’s possible that Heather made up Ryan’s paternity out of her love for him. And by the time Ryan passed away, Heather had changed her mind. If she lied, there is no reason not to admit it right away since he cannot harm her.
There are many different directions this story may go in if Esme’s biological father turns out to be someone else. Who knows what Heather was doing and who she was with when she was born?
Plus Heather could use this nugget to weasel her way back into Esme’s life, dangling the truth in an attempt to get closer to her grandson who has already been through a lot in his first few months on this earth. We can almost smell a “Baby Ace needs a medical donor plot” on the horizon, leading Heather to come clean about Esme’s paternity!
