The Vanderpump Rules cast member makes her boyfriend emotional with this gesture.

Throughout Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules, viewers got to know Ariana Madix’s boyfriend Daniel Wai through FaceTime calls and, eventually, saw more of him after he joined the cast’s trip to San Francisco in Episode 15, which aired on May 7.

Ariana has also given fans a few peeks inside her and Daniel’s relationship via her social media. Recently, the Los Angeles resident revealed a “tradition” the long-distance couple has taken on when Daniel visits LA — and, frankly, we’re obsessed.

In a May 15 Instagram Story, Ariana re-shared a snap from Daniel that showed Ariana holding a delicious-looking spread from the famous LA burger chain In-N-Out.

“Get you someone that does this for you when you land,” Daniel wrote over his photo of Ariana gleefully posing with some scrumptious burgers and fries at the airport. The fitness buff added a watery eyes emoji for good measure, showing how appreciative he was of the gesture.

In Ariana’s re-share of the photo, she noted the reasoning behind the sweet gesture: “[In-N-Out] is LA arrival tradition!”

In the Vanderpump Rules After Show video above, Ariana touches on her and Daniel’s dedication to making their long-distance relationship work. “He came out, like, every other work for [Dancing With the Stars],” she revealed about her time on the competition show. “He would make sure that Mya [and Kitty] were taken care of, he would clean up the house, and just [made] sure that when I came home it was chill and good.”

She added: “And then he would drive my car down to [where I was working] and then take the red eye home [to New York] that night and go straight to work the next morning. It was a really nice thing.”

Ariana Madix and Daniel Wai open up about the “good and bad” of doing long-distance

On Vanderpump Rules Season 11, Episode 14, which aired on April 30, the couple discussed the challenges of their bi-coastal relationship.

“I feel like long distance has been really good for us in a lot of ways,” Ariana told Daniel. “Because we’ve gotten to know each other just talking to each other all the time.”

Though Daniel agreed, he still pointed to the downsides of living apart. “It’s good and bad, right? I work so many jobs. I’m busy. I work seven days a week,” he said. “But it sucks because I don’t see you.”

“What about moving here?” Ariana proposed. “How fun would that be?” Dan, hesitatingly, answers, “I think we have to talk about that!”

Ariana then tried to make the case for the East Coaster to move to out West. “When winter hits and it’s March and you’re like, ‘This is miserable…'”

Dan, however, had a different solution in mind: “We’ll just go to Europe or something instead.”
