After Felicia set off fireworks at Monday’s Veto meeting on “Big Brother 25,” Tuesday was the opposite. But don’t worry, in true Season 25 fashion, vote-flip discussions started.
Cory, still unaware how close he was to being backdoored this week, floated the idea of evicting Mecole instead of Felicia to Matt and Jag. He thinks it’s smarter to take out a better competitor in Mecole than Felicia, who apologized to Cory and America for blowing up at them at the Veto meeting. He’s not pushing it too hard, saying they should talk some more and they’ll probably wind up on the original plan (as has been the case most of the time), but he definitely wants it to happen, even wondering if they should blindside the house instead of letting everyone know. He and America think it’ll be wise to push for it last minute on Thursday to Matt and Jag, who are not exactly brimming with excitement about this.
The issue for Cory he is that he thinks he and America control the votes, but Matt and Jag are better positioned and insulated than they are. And if Mecole is evicted in a blindside, his hope is that Blue would be mad at Matt and Jag, which the two of them clocked. They discussed it with Cameron, who said they can target Mecole next week, and if she comes off the block, they can renom Blue to keep Americory happy.
Chances are the flip doesn’t happen, but Cory is stirring the pot that could have consequences on his own game. Felicia is also more or less resigned to go, telling Mr. B that she can’t do it anymore and is tired. Same.
