The storyline involving Sonny’s romance on General Hospital is intriguing for its viewers. Let’s not overlook Nina’s dark reality (SEC), even though we are aware that he is currently dating her and that marriage is imminent. Therefore, if that is revealed, their relationship can end in disaster. And right now, there is very little to no chance of Carly and Sonny getting back together. So why wouldn’t it be wonderful to see a new character arrive? It would be entertaining to see one of the women Sonny has surrounded him with return. Will The Long Lost Friend Return To Sonny?
A few years ago, on General Hospital, Sonny had a woman who was his foe turned friend, Margaux Dawson, played by actress Elizabeth Hendrickson. However, ardent soap viewers know that Margaux is not Elizabeth’s only claim to Daytime fame! Most recently, she graced the TV screens as Chloe on The Young and The Restless. But as we recently reported, Elizabeth is not on contract with Y&R anymore! This has come as great news for General Hospital fans, as they now want her back on GH! Moreover, the exciting part here is that even Maurice Benard agreed to it!
Over the years, Sonny has had multiple romantic partners on the show, but he is yet to permanently settle down. Although he has Nina and Carly on his plate, there was another woman who entered his orbit about four years ago. Margaux was introduced to General Hospital as Port Charles’ district attorney and as someone who tried to take Sonny down. But after a sentimental incident in her life, she and Sonny became friends. However, before they could grow their relationship any further, she got involved in Shiloh’s cult and resigned as the district attorney of Port Charles.
The most important query here is whether she has permanently departed the community or if she might one day return. If Margaux went back to Port Charles and into Sonny’s life, she could do a lot of things. Nina and Carly would go crazy and the plot would be spiced up by her appearance! She might decide to take on the job to kill Sonny once more. If she falls in love with him, she could abandon those ambitions in favor of something happier. What do you suppose might transpire if Margaux visited General Hospital again? Will she throw Sonny in jail or will she take him in her arms?
