Spoilers for General Hospital state Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), Laura Collins (Genie Francis), Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom), and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) are traveling to Russia. Kevin was unwilling to let his wife to visit Chechnya at this time on her own because Valentin and Anna are plainly coming as backup.
We’re talking about potentially hazardous ground here. Laura, however, is certain that Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss), her son, may be staying at a Cassadine house nearby. However, according to rumors, they won’t find Nikolas but instead will discover a lot more.
Alex Marick Is Amiss
With Anna in tow and no longer a WSB agent, some fans are wondering if she’s going to find her evil twin sister, Alex Marick (Finola Hughes), hiding out in Russia. Could Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) have possibly known that leaving Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) the deed to this property would have resulted in Anna ending up on this trip? It’s not likely, but many fans are hoping that Alex isn’t dead – and the storyline takes Anna in an entirely new direction.
Tease Courtney Mathews Didn’t Die
If Laura and the crew discover someone else in Chechnya who is supposed to be dead but isn’t, it would be an even larger shock. Fans believe Courtney Mathews (Alicia Leigh Willis) may still be alive, which would flip Spencer’s life completely around. Could that be the present from his Uncle Victor? Could he have been deceiving Spencer and the rest of his family into thinking Courtney was dead the entire time? Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) would undoubtedly be prepared to kill Victor right now if he weren’t already dead.
Luke Spencer Is Alive
Of course, longtime GH fans are still holding out hope that GH’s terrible off-screen death of Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) was all for show. Tracy Quartermaine’s (Jane Elliot) suspicious behavior as of late has many viewers thinking she knows Luke is alive and intends to find him and bring him home.
It’s possible, though, that Laura will make a better point first. Let’s face it, Luke and Laura’s reunion is what we’re here for, not Luke and Tracy. Laura will be curious to know why Luke might be in Russia. If he is present there defying his will? A few months ago, his son came dangerously close to death.
