The major question is whether Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will take a mile when given an inch, as teased by General Hospital spoilers and speculations. After much thought, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) chooses to include Nina in a select circle of persons who are permitted to see her at home.
Willow Corinthos Going Home, But In Isolation
TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) shares the happy news to Willow and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) that Willow’s bone marrow transplant appears to be succeeding. She is allowed to return home but must continue to live alone, limiting her access to friends and other family members. With one condition—that she and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) get along—Willow calls Nina and offers to be one of those who can visit.
According to GH spoilers, Carly is likely told the same, and even though neither Michael nor Carly may like Willow trying to make amends with her birth mother, they have to accept it. The big question is, will Nina adhere to the schedule, or will she try to drop in whenever she wants-maybe not when Willow’s in isolation, but later?
Of Course Nina Reeves Wants To Be On Equal Footing With Carly Spencer
Carly can come around Willow, Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Bo Harrison) any time she wants since as Nina angrily noted, she’s been Willow’s substitute mother. So of course Nina wants to be on equal footing with Carly and able to see them anytime she wants too, as Willow’s real mother and the children’s other grandmother. Two mothers, two grandmothers, shouldn’t really be that much of a problem as far as Nina is concerned. Nina is thrilled to have the chance to make up to Willow for the past, going back to when she was Charlotte Cassadine’s (AnaSofia Bianchi) third grade teacher. But Nina should take caution at trying to take too many liberties too soon-there’s a lot of healing that needs to take place between them and she should be patient.
She’ll Behave For Now, But Will She Always?
While Willow is still in isolation, Nina will probably behave for the time being, but will she always act appropriately or will she get frustrated and take things as they come? It might be good for her to deliver gifts to the grandchildren, but she should contact ahead to confirm that the time is suitable. Willow might not want to hasten that, but she will always be available if they need a last-minute babysitter.
They have several last-minute babysitters available since they live in the Quartermaine gatehouse, for starters. Plus, Michael will have to provide his consent for that sort of thing as well.
