First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is alarmed. About what? Take your pick! In the promo, Lucy tells her and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), “The ball is about to begin.”
Will something happen at the event that causes this, or will Lucy ready to run again after she sees something she doesn’t like? We’ll see. There’s a good chance, though, it will have something to do with Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy). He’s made progress in finding them, so who knows what he’s got planned to make them pay.

In other news, Trina and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) talk. It sounds like this conversation will have to do with the fact they each arrived to the red carpet solo. In the promo, Spencer admits to Trina, “I should’ve asked.” She’ll wonder, “Then why didn’t you?”

Elsewhere, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) is irate. In the promo, she’ll ask Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez), “What the hell was he doing in here?” This could be jealousy over Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). However, we think the more likely target is Linc Brown (Dan Buran).
Brook Lynn clearly regrets her decision to sign that agreement. If she were to see something that’s not quite appropriate going on, we can see where she’d be angry about it and maybe willing to lose those songs and more.

Meanwhile, it seems Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) might not have the best time at the ball. In the promo, Cody tells her, “I’ll stay out of it if you tell Sasha the truth.” Clearly, he’ll have some thoughts on what Gladys has been doing and she won’t appreciate it.
The question is, will she be prepared to face the fallout from Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) if she tells the truth? It’s nice, by the way, to see how Cody’s grown since he arrived in Port Charles.

Finally, the ball with have at least some sadness. Elizabeth will announce to the crowd, “We dedicate this ball to our friend.” Epiphany’s picture is on the screen, and we really hope they’ll air one of her past performances as part of that tribute.
