Exactly what parts of Sonny and Ava’s past are they confronting?
On the Wednesday, February 21 episode of General Hospital, spoilers focus on confrontations, revelations, encouragement, and so much more. You won’t want to miss this episode.
Shared Skeletons
For a long, long time, Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Ava’s (Maura West) interactions were based on a lot of good old-fashioned hate and toxic communication. It didn’t help that she had a relationship with his son, Morgan (Bryan Craig). As what often happens in the soap opera world, their hate gave way to hate sex. And this unholy union produced Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola).
Over time, the two slowly stitched together some semblance of a shared tolerance. Recently, however, they have come to truly rely on and confide in each other. Plus, they actually live together because of a mystery threat to Ava. On top of all that, she’s practically the only one he hasn’t shut out of his life. When the two confront their past, will this lead to their possibly reliving a portion of it? How much closer will this whole situation bring them?
Big and Small Revelations
While Sonny and Ava possibly cross a line or two with each other, Nina (Cynthia Watros) makes a revelation to Carly (Laura Wright) and Drew (Cameron Mathison). It might have to do with Valentin’s (James Patrick Stuart) recent purchase of The Invader. In shocking news (to no one), he named Nina its new publisher. Do you think she’ll tell Drew and Carly that she’ll be utilizing the media outlet to enact her revenge?
And with much less toxicity, Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) decides to confide in his new dude bro pal, Cody (Josh Kelly). Is Spinelli ready to completely come clean with Cody about his feelings for Maxie (Kirsten Storms)?
Help and Encouragement
Both Trina (Tabyana Ali) and Josslyn (Eden McCoy) are in bad places mentally and emotionally. After all, Spencer’s gone and Dex left town on Sonny’s orders. While Trina can’t do anything but grieve Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez), she offers encouragement to Joss. Does she encourage her bestie to do whatever it takes to track down Dex (Evan Hofer)?
Finally, Lucy’s (Lynn Herring) in need of a big dose of help now that Martin’s left town (find out Michael E. Knight’s status here). When Felicia (Kristina Wagner) agrees to aid her friend, does she use her PI skills and agree to track down Lucy’s ex?
