The D.A. for Los Angeles County is moving forward with their case against General Hospital star Haley Pullos, who has played Molly Lansing-Davis on the ABC soap since she was 10 years old.
Haley Pullos Enters Her Plea
TMZ reports that the actress, who turns 25 next month, faces three different charges for the accident that occurred back in April. There is one felony count of DUI causing injury, one felony count of driving with a .08 BAC or higher, and one misdemeanor count of hit-and-run. Pullos pled not guilty. A preliminary hearing is set for next month.
Not long after the accident, Pullos ended up checking into Malibu Detox and Residential treatment center, a $2,600-a-week rehab facility. The young star still faces civil action for the accident, as the victim she injured is suing her. The driver, Courtney Wilder, said the actress’s actions caused him to go to the hospital.
Wilder stated that the crash caused lasting injuries to his body and totaled his car. GH has temporarily recast the role of Molly with Holiday Mia Kregiel. The character has a new story, having recently learned it’s going to be nearly impossible to have a baby and may be going the surrogate route.
