General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, April 20, teases that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) will face Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) together now that Trina’s been busted on The Haunted Star.
Of course, Spencer will probably make it clear that if Victor touches one hair on Trina’s head, he’s a ᴅᴇᴀᴅ man!
When it comes to Trina, Spencer doesn’t mess around.
However, Victor will feel like he’s calling the shots now that both Trina and Spencer are his prisoners.
Trina may feel like she’s botched things terribly by getting caught, but Spencer will insist she may have saved them instead.
Trina was able to sabotage an electrical cable, so that could slow the ship down and offer more time for a rescue.
Spencer may praise Trina after she tangles with Victor as well and remind her that they’re still in this together.
Next, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will feel like Spencer is the source of Trina’s problems and will vent to Ava Jerome (Maura West).
Since Portia will believe Spencer has brought nothing but danger and drama to Trina’s life, she’ll make a bold declaration.
Thursday’s preview clip shows Portia promising that Trina will never see him again, so she’ll presumably mean Spencer once they get out of this mess.
Although Ava will have sympathy, she may realize Trina followed her heart on that ship.
Love can be a powerful thing, so Ava may warn Portia not to get her hopes up about tearing Trina and Spencer apart!
Over with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), he’ll push Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) for help with the search for The Haunted Star. There’ll be some buried memory that Drew needs to access, so Curtis will pressure him to come through for Trina ASAP.
Other GH spoilers say Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will wonder why Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is answering Wyndemere’s door, so Carly will explain that she’s watching over Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) until Ava returns.
Nina will get updates on Ava visiting Portia because of all the Trina kidnapping chaos.
Carly will also talk to Nina about Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) wedding, which Nina isn’t invited to.
Since Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is going to attend the nuptials on his own, Carly will feel like her ex is doing the right thing for once and choosing his family over Nina.
Nina may point out that she actually urged Sonny to go without her and isn’t trying to hold him back.
Carly will make some half-hearted attempt at a truce with Nina, but it may not last long.
Back with Victor, he’ll wonder if Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) is ready to cooperate or if he’ll have to follow through on the threats against her family.
Liesl will go along with Victor’s wishes for now, but she might have a few tricks up her sleeve.
At the Quartermaine mansion, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) will complain about how bad it looks for someone to stay silent.
This may be about Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) return from the “ᴅᴇᴀᴅ” and all the chaos that’s created for ELQ.
Ned may think Valentin should’ve offered a public statement explaining the situation long before now.
In Ned’s opinion, it’ll seem like he’s the only one who truly cares about ELQ – and that could leave him desperate for power.
General Hospital spoilers say Ned will grumble to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) as they await news, so stick with the ABC soap.
