Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo are reprising their NCIS roles in the upcoming spinoff NCIS: Tony and Ziva, but the duo are also going back to the beginning of their TV time together for a special reason.

As their new Paramount+ series is in the early stages of development, Deadline announced on May 28 that Michael and Cote are teaming up to host a video rewatch podcast for Spotify. Titled Off Duty: An NCIS Rewatch, episodes will drop every Tuesday beginning on June 4, 2024. The duo will revisit iconic NCIS episodes, with current and former cast members from the franchise (like Sean Murray, Sasha Alexander, Eric Christian Olsen and more) joining them to talk about the show’s overall impact on pop culture since it first debuted in 2003.

If that wasn’t enough, Michael confirmed the news on TikTok, posting a clip of him and Cote announcing their new venture for all of his social media followers. “IT’S OFFICIAL!” he captioned the clip. “Join me for Off Duty: An NCIS Rewatch on @Spotify Podcasts!! 🎉.”

When fans discovered Michael and Cote were getting together to divulge behind-the-scenes NCIS secrets for a rewatch podcast, many couldn’t stop screaming their excitement over what’s to come.

“Are we really going to get Michael and Cote’s commentary on top TIVA moments in the show?? CRYING 😭😭😭,” one person wrote. “This makes me BEYOND happy 🥰,” another exclaimed. “This makes me so damn happy like y’all don’t even know ✨😭♥️,” a different follower added.

The news of Michael and Cote starting a rewatch podcast comes three months after it was revealed the two would be starring in their own NCIS spinoff series. While there’s no confirmation on when NCIS: Tony and Ziva will air, Paramount+ greenlit 10 episodes for the first season, which will start production sometime this year.

Well, we certainly can’t wait to see what Michael and Cote have up their sleeves this time around!
